Also, the 1hour meditations are great but sometimes it’s super handy to have a shorter guided meditation on certain days where life throws curveballs but you still want to sit 🙏🏻. (Also, this particular meditation is special to me because my practice has regularly included Chogyam Trungpas “touch and go” which is essentially the making mind as path, only I was taught it as an intermittent step between samatha with object and Samatha with no object.)
