It depends on your budget and language. I would highly recommend EU countries like Italy France and Spain for any fine art related studies. But at PhD level you need to be fluent in their language(s).
Hi Do you know any college or university in Spain providing an illustration bachelor program in illustration? I tried to do research online but just find some programs, either higher education or master.
You might have to look for “escuela de bellas artes”, for more specialized course. Because illustration is not like a regular art degree. A relative of mine went to the IED, one of the best private design schools in Europe for her BA. Check out TAI it’s a private art school in Madrid. Public ones are hard to get in because they are almost free, means competitive selection and higher requirements for language.
