Kai and Lok in action is exactly what we all need! Quick question about the battery test: are both cameras on the latest firmware? I reckon the Action 5 Pro should do better in that case. In my usual use at around 25-30 degrees, I haven't had any issues at all.

Are the voice recordings coming right from the cameras with no external mics? Because the DJI sounds way better. Never mind, guess Kai was hiding the mic during the ride.

After watching the osmo 5 review from you guys. I bought one to replace an aging 2nd gen. I am trying to test it with POV driving 😂 I can't be asked to clear my sd card yet so that built in 45gb+ comes in handy lmao
the gopro need "one ting" and that is to start to work and not stop and corrupt data. for me it need better low light, good mic and a ok HDMI for IRL. and then to just "work"
this was fun watching, i ride mtb and am a photographer. I will add mtbers wear the chest mount hang the camera upside down angle up slightly roughly 20 degrees.
You need to review the DJI Action 5 in Normal colour profile in sunlight not only in cloud cover! Then you will see how unpredictable and awful the footage can be!

Normally I have to look around MTB channels for camera comparisons, but now I can see it in action on a favorite camera channel.

Lok is literally just a fan boy. The reality is DJI have a better camera.
For what i see the gopro looks better to me. But i think it's personal preference. The bigger sensor also has it's negatives

Based on this footage the Osmo Action 5 Pro looks worst than Gopro. Does it depend from 4K and 5K shoot?
I just picked up the Action 5. The interface is so much better and fancier than my Hero 8.
