    You probably don't want to look at that motor for a while, but can you get a reading of the resistance ground and positive? Both a dead short or open circuit would be problems. Or if you are coming to Dallas over Memorial day, bring it along! I'll bring my multimeter :-).

    a little tip on your soldering use extra flux . if you need one I have a working one for your car the one for mine is different (its a one speed and no park) and I rebuilt it so it works
