Using the FBI as a point of credibility has only served to undermine any character the UFC has worked so hard for and is hoping to continue into the future...
So we went with this company because they are incredibly strict. They were a great company who enforced a strict protocol. Now we need a fighter to slip through this strict protocol for profit and they won't allow it. So we are going to slander this company and go with another contractor and blame it on them for doing what we initially asked them to do.
USADA was the main player in the game at the time there are plenty of athletes that probably slip because they have no authority in certain countries. They have to have so many negative tests so they would over test certain athletes to make up for those they couldn’t. They took advantage of their authority and tormented fighters with intrusive blood tests during a weight cut. This new company offers testing that is just as effective if not more without being intrusive. The device is almost like diabetic testing device.

They took away the chance for the UFC to release a report of any kind about this and instead they made them come out and try to protect their promotion from the misconstrued ideas Usada gave the general public/their fighters etc. Dana is a spokesperson, a leader, a decision maker but he relies on these 2 guys for solving problems or doing some of the tedious business stuff. Yup that about sums up what I read. Conor did everything correct. Sounds like they were maybe the reason why Conor didn’t get in the pool earlier though. But the UFC was sticking by the 6 months in the testing pool with Conor so no rules were broken at all but USADA was still being difficult with getting him back in.
They knew he was. They only brought it forward since they got dropped. USADA and everyone else literally knew he was on shit.. no for muscle growth everywhere or performance enhancement.. but to heal his fucking leg which literally snapped in two. Now we need a fighter to slip through this strict protocol for profit and they won't allow it. So we are going to slander this company and go with another contractor and blame it on them for doing what we initially asked them to do.
That’s what I’m getting out of this whole situation. Such bs
Almost, the problem is the CEO took it personally and started to slander the UFC and Connor once they were criticized. If they just did their job for their paying customers, they probably wouldn’t have lost a big client. Chael had a pretty decent video about ot
@@piopi_starjr7455 Google is your friend. Maybe do a little research before swallowing Hunter's nonsense. We KNOW the UFC asked Nate Diaz to keep quiet when he tested positive, but Nate refused. We KNOW that the UFC gave Brock Lesnar an exemption to fight at UFC 200 even though he hadn't been in the testing pool long enough. We know Brock pissed hot. The UFC has a proven history of trying to slip fighters through the testing policy. Only a fool would think that Conor doesn't get special treatment. USADA's CEO is right.

1. USADA were unwilling to break rules to allow McGregor to fight in December or at UFC 300 as he's blasting gear.
2. Hunter is absolutely coked out of his mind

Connor was definitely roided up outside of the USADA pool, but mans had a shattered fricking leg. I’d use whatever I could to heal as fast as possible. Connor after healed re-entered the pool. USADA didn’t like that. So they went on a tirade against him. UFC didn’t like that so they didn’t renew the contract with USADA. Despite not renewing the contract, Connor is still required to be be clean. That’s literally the summary of this video.
LET CONOR JUICE!
Dude is the funnest fighter of all time! When Conor thrives, we all thrive!
They knew he was. They only brought it forward since they got dropped. USADA and everyone else literally knew he was on shit.. no for muscle growth everywhere or performance enhancement.. but to heal his fucking leg which literally snapped in two. If he took advantage and gained muscle elsewhere… he’s an athlete. He works out. So shit happens. But it’s not like breaking his leg and getting jacked was a part of the master plan.

Sounds like you don’t know how fighting sports are run. State athletic commissions supply the judging. UFC have said many times that they hate some of the judging.
Judges are chosen by the commission

the ufc has been hella weird lately, all the way back to the prime deal theres been so many odd things happening. Not even shady necessarily just got a WWE type feeling

Absolutely
All they said was that Connor should spend six months in the drug testing pool before competing and the ufc is acting like that’s a horrific statement.
Exactly it's like their talking in fucking double speak now which goes to show that the UFC runs their company like a fascist state
“They are saying Conner is on steroids, gotta get a new testing company!!!”
To be fair. As far as them and their image goes, it was either lie and try to play victim somehow. Or admit some very ugly truth that they basically want to bend rules and regulations regarding safety, that they already agreed upon, so they can make money. Hence the deployment of some dirtbag lawyer that can present their bs side of the story without leaving them legally liable for whatever thoughtless shit may have come out of Dana’s mouth, under fire.

I don't care how USADA treats fighters, it has nothing to do with what happened with Conor. It was obvious to anyone who saw him that he was juicing for the movie he was filming but USADA stayed away.
I lowkey agree. Interrupting fighters sleeping or taking blood while cutting weight is weird. A fighter should also be allowed to recover to their fullest after snapping their leg. While I'm at it, bring back Vitor.
It’s not weird, it’s dangerous.
Not the point they allowed Conor to take Roids for his leg no problem as long as he left the program now that hes back in program the UFC has an issue with the 6 months of being back in the program and the 2 clean tests they want usada to make an exception which isnt fair to the other fighters epically Michael Chandler who would have to fight a McGregor who still has HGH in his system
@ekapb6184 if we take Conor out of the convo for a minute, what about the fact the independent contractors thats are fighters never agreed to being tracked 24/7, have blood taken while cutting weight, be told they need to change certain medication they already take etc etc.. it's a very grey area imo and other drug testing agencies may just be OK.

Not shocking he has stuff written down. This is a big situation for them and they are professional. So of course they want to make sure certain things are brought up and what about those things is discussed. That way they touch on everything that they planned to. Not to mention alot of what he said is stuff he doesn’t have memorized. Most people would come do a press conference an forget to bring up half the things they had planned if they didn’t have something written down.
Hunter told it all when he said "Before Conor suffered the catastrophic injury (breaking his leg), he was the most tested athlete". Ok, but that shouldn't mean he shouldn't be tested on his way back from that injury to make sure hes clean....They know they are protecting their cash cow and it's some bullshit.
Can’t get tested when you’re not in the pool.
He’s in the pool, so now he can get tested. The only way to protect him would to exempt him from ever joining the pool and then just competing. Which clearly isn’t happening
Not allowing fighters to drop out of the pool and use doctor supervised medical assistance to recover would cut many fighters careers in half.
