I'm sick of hearing people say that Kamaru Usman is the GREATEST welterweight of all time. Have they ever heard of GSP? GSP was just short of 10 title defences, while Kamaru beat 3 different fighters in his reign. Still impressive and definitely puts him 2nd in the all time welterweight rankings, but not even close to St. Pierre.

Only now seeing this interview I realize that's such a rare (understatement) occasion for the man behind this huge and multidimensional thing that is UFC to open up before our eyes. I honestly have a pretty ambiguous opinion about public persona and deeds as a businessman of Dana, but I never doubted myself on respecting him. There's a huge difference between him doing a random podcast and doing a podcast with fighters, who shed blood, sweat and tears in the octagon. Thank you, Dana

There's a reason that era of welterweight is widely considered to be one of the densest, most talented divisions of all time.

The funny thing is, the same people who hated on Kamaru when he was the champ, realise now what a great champion he was when you have a champion like Edwards who is not as active. Hindsight is always 20/20, but people gotta learn to appreciate these killas laying their lives on the line for our entertainment.
