17- Plugging Skate Boot holes in figure skate soles; good for switching blades or roller frame

If you have new blades going onto old boots or used roller pick frame during virus and going back to ice. "plugging" your figure skate boot's soles are a good idea. I show for leather soles and refer to similar process for synthetic soles too.
