Any figure skate boot can rip out a lacing hole. This is easiest way to give extra life to any boot with lace hile almost ripped.
Materials:
- Contact Cement (Small bottles tend to have application brush)
-Pen
-Packing straps (Edea, but Jackson work best being thicker) used to keep boot shape from production to sale. Most shops throw them away or have few around for various misc uses like shims
-Scissors (& grinding wheel for nice schived edge)
-Clamp to press, but hand pressure works too
-Heat gun to activate contact cement
- optional, thin Allen key or stick for alignment help.

1. confirm alignment of MF strip.
2. trim inside part of excess and make smooth as possible for invisible feel.
