19 Put a Figure Blade on Hockey Boot

Struggle of a week to get this posted due to bullying in my life.
But friends help remind me of important things in life and this week I help a friend who teaches hockey and wants a figure blade on those hockey boots.
Equipment:
Assorted screw heads
Assorted drill bits
Hockey Puck or other "heel" material
Short .5" screws
Long screws roughly 1.5" to 1" in range. Depending on the height of the heel.
Two Part Epoxy ( I like 5 minute set kind)
(Possibly rivet press to remove hockey skate plastic chassis and blade)
Sharpie marker
