Somerset looks like such a wonderful place to live! The combination of luxury homes, stunning mountain views, and convenient amenities like walking trails and fitness centers makes it stand out. Thanks for sharing Brian! - Lipika - Team Evan Carmichael
i live in Sierra Canyon (SCA), part of Somersett (SOA), and i love it, bought the first home here in 2004, the ammeties are great. The Assoc due are $250 a month, but it covers a lot of things including the Rec center, pools, tennis court, walk trails. We are in the hills area in west Reno, elevation of my home is approx 5200, it is the highest part of SCA.
For people that need to frequent Northern California, Somersett is VERY convenient to the freeway that connects Sacramento / San Francisco. Also, Somersett has some of the lowest crime statistics in the Reno area.
