Having two screens makes working from home so much easier especially if you have a laptop. I purchased my monitor from Goodwill and it works perfectly, is an HP and was less than $20!

Thought: attach that under the shelf light to the back of your _monitor_ to give you the light without the in-your-eyes glare, or seeing the light or the cord visually.

The Dollar Tree has a lot of the clear acrylic organizing boxes!
Cute room. A tip for the cords would be to take a tube and cut it open on one side and slide your surge protector in and drill under your desk. Another option is to take a curtain (cut to specification) and place under the desk and tack it underneath to hide unsightly cords. I like the monitor riser. I'm looking at a couple of riser options, too for my laptop. Thanks for sharing.
Wayna I have so been loving your videos! Because of your closet makeover video, I was able to find two brand new IKEA bookshelves from the good will for $15 each. I turned them into shoe and handbag storage. I love it.

I really love the colour scheme in your workspace, and especially the gold accessories you DIYed! I’m working on the layout and decor for a corner of my living room to turn into a proper work space (I moved into a new flat at the end of last year, pretty much a white blank slate with light coloured white oak flooring, and the lockdown has got in the way of doing the full declutter and decorating I wanted to do so there are still loads of boxes all around!) and I love your dark walls, white and gold accents, and the other grey elements. I’ve bought a sit/stand Fully Jarvis desk frame in white, and I just need to decide on a desktop now... going to get a kitchen worktop cut to size, but picking the right colour and material for it is hard! Fellow ADHDer here too! I’m working on a terrible old dining table right now, in a mess of cables, and all the clutter and disorganisation is definitely not good for my productivity. I’m hoping once I get the sit-stand desk up and running I can get some variety and movement into my working environment, even if I’m in the same physical location! Just wanted to drop you this comment to say hi anyway, and to say you’ve got a new subscriber from London 😀

You can buy a piece of PVC pipe at HD, run the cords up through it, tape it to the wall with double sided sticky tape, screw a small basket to the back underside of your desk, roll up each cord (intead of just trying to shove them in the basket) using pipe cleaners to tie and label each one, put them in the basket, no more ugly cords!
I’ve notice a lot of things on wayfair site are more expensive I need to definitely get one of those shelves from ikea ! I love those pens ! Glad I found your channel I’m already pulling so much motivation! I’ve been wanting to up grade my work area

Girl, I definitely need your help!!! How much do you charge? It is very hard for me to make paint choices furniture choices! It’s so bad that I’ve never painted my public areas. They have been white / off white since I started renting 13 years ago!!! Before I moved here, I would change my furniture every 5 years. I finally changed my sofa in January. I need some real help.. The lack of style and these crazy NYC rents are making it harder to have fun money,
