​@@user-golos I know this was almost a year ago, but you can use eva foam (if not already) it is tough enough to withstand wearing it all day!

@@butterman3262 Yeah, I ended up making Master Chief's MJOLNIR Gen 3 armour out of some sets of eva foam gym mats at a local hardware store for cheap. It obviously wasn't the best like seen here, but the process of making it was pretty enjoyable and the final outcome suprised me considering it was my first time. Thank you for replying though, im sure that anyone else down the line in the same situation I was would appreciate your advice!

Everything looks good except the visor, since its matte when its more glossy in game, so it looks kind of off, plus the color is a slightly different shade. Everything else was perfect!

This is incredible! Can you elaborate on the "machine cut" foam? Is there another method to cut foam other then a hot knife?

I used a laser machine to cut the foam, however when i need the foam edge to be beveled, it has to be hand cut.
