I am using release version 23.5.0. When I enter the Camera Raw Filter I do not see the "Size" or "Roughness" portions of the Grain as shown in the tutorial. Am I missing something? Thank you

Thank you so much for this. Yours is the best tutorial I've found for demonstrating how to achieve this effect. My grandmother, back in her younger days, used to tint photos by hand as an occasional hobby. I miss her so. Even though I use GIMP, I can use some workarounds to get the effect, I think. And thank you for the cool texture!

It seems that Adobe got rid of these filters in Camera Raw. You could still go to Filter Gallery > Texture > Grain and play around with the settings.

Just to add something. The newer Camera Raw has drop down menus. It is not obvious. Thank you again.

"Left click" means to just tap onto your image with your mouse or pen.

In earlier versions of PS, Camera Raw is a separate application.
