in all my years of living in Hawaii and many, many diving trips ... i have never heard of Great Whites being in the nearby waters - always the Tiger Sharks, Black tips, White tips, Hammer heads, but never the Great Whites ... Amazing encounter, thank you for sharing =)

Showing that you can be pretty, fiercely brave and have love and respect for the planet. That way of thinking makes her Gorgeous! We need more people teaching us all how beautiful the world is and how beautiful we all can be.

I know intellectually that the few sharks I've touched in the wild do not want to harm me but letting go of that fear has been difficult. I'm in awe of your ability to be a human who is a part of nature instead of one in competition with with it.

I have been to Guadalupe 3 times and going back in September to dive with the white shark. But not like you I have not been able to get out and free dive with them.. Maybe one day we will get the permission to do it. If I was only 30 years younger...LOL,, but I still go at it strong at 70..
