La Fortuna at Lake Atitlan was not as luxurious as it seemed but we made the best of our stay and took in the beautiful scenery.

It's a remote jungle resort. Bugs are normal. Challenging wifi/electricity is normal. I hate when people don't manage their expectations based on the REALITY of a location. This resort is FANTASTIC but you absolutely must realize that a remote jungle resort will come with certain realities.
