Sorry - what I saw was not elbows up or destabilizing the Driver by tapping them on a rear quarter Panel or tapping them so that they have to Get off the Gas as they as suddenly have begun wobble from being tapped.
You prove by ur words, Put the throttle down or hammered the Throttle and hit the 22 from behind so Hard that it immediately caused that Car to Turn in front of you completely sideways....
That is not driving with elbows up or your statement that it's part of the Sport.
That is not CAUSING THE DRIVER AHEAD OF YOU TO LOSE CONTROL MOMENTARILY , THAT IT LEADS TO THEM HAVING TO STOP DRIVING AND GET OFF THE GAS TO REGAIN STABILITY OF THE CAR'S RUBBER TO REGAIN SOLID CONTACT WITH THE TRACK TO THEN BEGIN TO RACE THE COMPETITION AND TRY TO WIN THE RACE AGAIN.
