I actually thought to myself, he changes backgrounds more than i change my boxers, but then i looked at the date, and i was like, ohhhhhh. thats why! lol
There are hundreds of thousands of RUclips drummers... However, there's just a specific delight that one can only get from watching Cobus play drums; he was there from the very beginning and definitely helped to pioneer the art of doing drum covers, which is now used worldwide. When I look at Cobus still making drum covers in 2017, it somehow makes me think of Roger Federer, who not only is still playing but even winning tennis tournaments. Even after all these years, and having had SO MANY people stand up and do the same as Cobus (which of course is awesome), Cobus (just like Federer) is still accomplishing so much! I can only thank God that this talented dude is still dedicating time and effort to bring joy to the world. Cobus, please never stop doing this, even in your 50's, would you please keep on making us smile as we nod our heads? :) I'm sure this is not a request from me but from millions of people, bro. ¡Gracias amigo!

The joy is one I don't use lightly, but I am filled with joy watching Cobus play. The smile doesn't hurt but it's the energy and creativity he puts into the covers that is so unique. It's a beautiful balance of having fun by doing a lot but never overdoing it.
