IMF loan has been granted based on vow factor. if you think the inflation in reality has come down then why car prices are sky rocketing. For low income people Nan is 40 and chana plate is still flagging st 200 instead of 60 rupees just 2 years ago.why the house prices are more than 4 fold. why milk is still 370 which should have been 170. Its fudged figures that are being propogated. we are still far away from low inflation scanrio.
Apologies but wrong calculation. Single digit interest in year or two mean PKR strengths to be around 160PKR which is impossible as your exports will be crashed. Moreover realestate will continue decline for some years until the realestate reaches to correction. Realestate mafia sold normal properties to highly extreme prices,so markey will not find the buyers in coming 2-3 years until market reaches to its break even. I believe Mutual fund can still generate enough liquidity and profit for 3 years.

I have been Defrauded by a Major housing society in Rawalpindi/ Islamabad- case in law Court-awaiting hearing last 2 years ?..., Do Not Invest in Real Estate in Pakistan until action is taken against Fraudsters.
