Based off $100k, it'd take him about 24 years to pay off assuming they don't continue to keep spending or investing into the app.

Personally I’m just seeing where it’s going for now, considering it’s still in Phase 1. If it shuts down or fails clearly wouldn’t be worth it. If it becomes something bigger like meta verse real estate, or making profits selling land at a higher rate, along with the passive income from the rent it might be worth it. There’s always risk just like any form of investing.
I think it is as long as you f2p or you pay for a month or two of Explorer Club with every intention to pay it back. I have more about it in my optimal strategy video.

12.65% rate of return is actually really good. However... the amount of "work" that you have to put into this "game" doesn't make sense. Now, if you are having fun and believe this game will be around in another 6 years then it's worth it. But the moment this game crashes or you get bored, then it's not worth it. Better off just playing for fun and not as an actual investment. As an investment ONLY, this is extremely risky.
I have a feeling the only reason a lot of the really big whales haven't gotten in on this is because you actually have to travel to get the parcels rather than sit on your computer.. and I honestly like it better that way.
With this many parcels, the passport badges are rather minimal. 101 badges (tier 5) is equivalent to only 202 parcels, and I already added it to the total. :) Great question!

I live in SD for Google play you don't pay sales tax but you will pay more for each parcels. Which is the 24 parcels for 99.99.

Well, there were 3-4 months of mini games before Stealth took over. Theoretically, at least, enough to jump ahead (ofc, giving that he was in the leader pack most of the racing events). Hence, it would be shortsighted to take this sources out of equation.
