Hi Latisha and all tape has a shine no matter what any manufacture says due to what its made of, but if its double sided you can use your finger and tap it over and over again that helps a little to hide some shine due to the oils from your own fingers, others use a tiny bit of powders that help with shine on there face and skin and sometimes that helps to hide any double sided tape shine. Yes once it dries for 24-48 hrs and you make your weft correct it will always stay intact. I make and wear my own wefts using both LG glue and Beta bond glue and love them both. For making my own hair weft extensions :) and have been doing this for over 15 years now :) ok hope this helps!

When you close off the top, can I do that with a single sided tape? I want to try this method to make seamless wefts that I will install with the sandwich method, but would still like the top of the weft protected to prevent water/oils from getting in there. Thank you!
Hi Amanda and if you did use our single side tape it would not be double-sided anymore and it would not stick when installing doing the sandwich method, but if you use our seamless pro or long-lasting 5 /16 that is double-sided tape it will close the weft and no oils or water will get into the top of your weft. I myself use our Seamless pro extreme hold single side 1/2 x 3-yard tape( hairweftingtape.com/products/seamless-pro-single-sided-tape) as a backing, because I make my weft slightly thicker so I don't have to wear 2 double-sided wefts ....I love the fact that it's not sticky underneath and it holds like crazy :) We also have 5/16 x 3-yard single side tape. Hello at this time we do not sell out of the country and most customers have a shipping hub address they use and we ship to them but all items can be purchased at out website .www.hairweftingtape.com
After typing below, it occurred to me you could use pantyhose cut open to create your own lace “injection” extensions. Follow this video, but glue hairs into a cut line of pantyhose. If you’re extremely talented and have the correct tools (which I oddly do lol) you could even hand tie the hairs into the hose like the world’s tiniest latch hook rug. I recently saw someone make hairline (glue or tape could be used) extensions using a lace front closure and cutting into smaller pieces. Be cautious to select a lace the same or lighter than your skin. You can make it darker, but not lighter using makeup or dye.
Hello, no we don't so sorry about that, but we have many customers who have bought from us for years now by using a shipping hub that is here, we ship to their hub here in the USA then they ship to you. OK hope this helps!

Hello, I’m looking at turning itip extensions into tape in hair by cutting the itip glue off . That will turn the hair into bulk. I would like a list of items from your site that I will need just to be sure I’m not missing anything. I will be doing the sandwich method. I hope you can help.
Hi Kierstin and we have a few different kits and if you want a single side also you can get this kit to get started -- hairweftingtape.com/collections/frontpage/products/hair-extension-wefting-kit-2 its everything you need ok hope this helps and if you need more then 1 roll of each you can always buy kit # 3 :) www.hairweftingtape.com
Well It all depends on how much hair your using to make wefts.. each roll is 3 yards, that's 108" of tape so it just depends on how many wefts you would like to make but I would think 1 roll would be enough for your head but everyone is different on how many they apply ..so you can always just get kit #3 - hairweftingtape.com/collections/frontpage/products/hair-extension-wefting-kit-3
Just a thought, have you tried sandwiching the tip ends between 2 sheets of wax paper and ironing over them? It might be a quicker process for getting the bulk of keratin melted to spread out evenly while keeping enough and hold them together for easier taping. It’s worth a try on 4 pieces to see if it could save time.

We have never heard of it not drying from any customer but did you use the blow drier as we showed? you must make it tacky before you close your weft. It does dry perfectly if you heat it up so you must have closed it without letting it become tacky or are you in a really humid climate? did you shake your bottle to make sure it was mixed well? These could be a few possible ideas to help you, but if you closed it and it has been a week? then I would open it up and just use a blow drier and close it with new tape. Or I would just cut it down to the bottom of the weft and re weft the extension. ok hope this helps!

Hi, great question the only shedding that could happen is after you let it dry for 24 hrs and you brush it then a bit will shed due to not all the hair being glued or dried right when it was made. Because sometimes the glue doesn't adhere perfectly, sometimes due to keratin shampoos or silicone conditioner on hair that is hard to clean off :) ok I hope this helps www.hairwefting tape.com

i made my extensions wrong with this so i’m gonna buy it to try again 😭. it didn’t turn out terrible i just rushed through the process and didn’t realize the wefting tape had 2 different sides so the weave is shedding . 😢
awww so sorry Kenzie and did you open the wefting tape and then rolled it out ? that is the side you should be using when making a weft ..but if you did and its sheds you might be using way too much hair and not enough LG or whatever glue you used.. also you have to let it dry completely 24 hrs or longer is way better and then you should always check the weft by squeezing it together to see if there are any gaps? that didn't glue for whatever reason:(. sometimes I have that problem using silicone hair ...meaning I forgot to wash it before I made the weft. You gotta get that off due to glue doesn't like to stick to it.. but in the end ...I have been making my own wefts using our wefting tape for 14 years now and I have gone too fast didn't let it dry or silicone was on the hair and all these can make for a bit of shedding... but even then I just take my weft off my head lol and then re weft it and then it's perfect :) or if its not bad I just use LG and squeeze it into the whole of the weft that might be shedding and close it let it dry... meaning wait 2 days before washing my hair :) also I love using the 5/16 seamless pro extreme tape on the top to close the weft ..that rocks it keeps the water out of my weft when showering :) I do hope this helps but like we always say FEEL FREE to call or email for any help or tips..You're never alone when you buy from www.Hairweftingtape.com ..

Hello at this time we do not sell out of the country and most customers have a shipping hub address they use and we ship to them but all items can be purchased at out website .www.hairweftingtape.com
I’m trying to figure out how to make a triangle shape patch for receding hairline. Since it won’t be covered it obviously can’t show any tape
Hi to be honest I am not really sure how you could do that ? maybe someone reading this could help us both :) sorry I couldn't be more helpful ...
Good afternoon, do you ship to the Dominican Republic...
Hello, no we don't so sorry about that, but we have many customers who have bought from us for years now by using a shipping hub that is here, we ship to their hub here in the USA then they ship to you. OK hope this helps!
@@Hairweftingtape Ok, can you help me by giving me the information of who can help me buy and have it sent to my country?

Thank you but how many tape can I make with one roll?
Hi i am from Slovakia i would like to have IT.. where can i get IT

Using rubbing alcohol for your fingers would be a lot safer than the Windex! I love this video and will be using these steps thanks
Hello Mcknight209 .. YES indeed we do say that rubbing alcohol works best:) I most videos but if you don't have any on hand...Windex will work also:) I didn't have any on hand that day :) and we're so happy you like our videos and steps:) if you ever need any help or have questions please feel free to call or email us as we are always here to help!..
@@Hairweftingtape oh that's cool! Thank you so much and I will definitely keep the help in mind!!!!!
which tape u are using???
Our Hair Wefting Tape - hairweftingtape.com/products/hair-wefting-tape-strong-bond is the only tape to make seamless hair extensions. All other tapes are too thin and will not work and WILL fall apart. Hope this helps! www.hairweftingtape.com
I bought the glue that this glue doesn’t dry. This make me crase . Please What. Should i do to make this glue dry?for a week Waiting and not dry.i really love the gluenot dry please let me know.thanks
Hello there, I was wondering if I could ship you some bulk hair to turn into tapes for me?
Hi 3 pretty hustler and we are so sorry but do not make wefts, we wish we could :( but HAIR is worth so much and we would never want anyone to ever be unhappy. So this is why 14 years ago we decided not to go into that sort of business. We do show you how to do it yourself and YOU CAN DO IT !!!! and we are the only REAL company to this day that sells our specialty tape, so you can make your own seamless wefts..I do hope this helps :) ...www.hairweftingtape.com/
Hello I have itip hair that I would like to turn into long tape in wefts. What kit should I order?
Thanks ❤❤❤❤❤ God bless you
Most welcome 😊 Thank you for the kind words...
Does it shed alot?
Hi, great question the only shedding that could happen is after you let it dry for 24 hrs and you brush it then a bit will shed due to not all the hair being glued or dried right when it was made. Because sometimes the glue doesn't adhere perfectly, sometimes due to keratin shampoos or silicone conditioner on hair that is hard to clean off :)
ok I hope this helps www.hairwefting tape.com
Luv,luv,luv your tutorials ❤️
Thank you so much!!
Hi, where do you order your hair?
Alethea I try different places due to ordering from one place always seem to send nice hair once, then junk hair on the third-order :( this is why we won't sell hair due to non-trusting hair sellers, and we won't sell junk hair ever!. Sure hope you found a good hair seller company!
Where do you order blonde hair from please
How would one sell hair?
Hello Ronnie Im so sorry this just popped up and to be very honest it's very hard to find good hair to sell but if you can find it SELL IT!!!!
This was ao so helpful.
Thank you so much and always happy to help!
When you first start - is the tape you have down one sided and do you take the tape off and put the glue over the sticky tape part
Hi Vicki and no this is a double sided tape /weft that I made and was just showing you how to add the top to close it if you like... but if you want to make a single-sided tape in hair extensions, you can go here hairweftingtape.com/pages/how-to-make-your-own-taped-hair-extension and pick what HOW TO VIDEO you're wondering about, But if your asking about just making a double-sided weft then you would start with tape add glue then hair then glue and cover it... but it's best if you go and watch the videos there is so much info there its just AWESOME :) ok hope this helps ...hairweftingtape.com/
I love your products, do you ship to Mexico?
Hi Aleyda and no we don't at this time so sorry.
But what most of our customers do is use a shipping hub, we ship it to the hub they ship it to you, if you like you can email us at info@hairweftingtape.com. I can give you the hub that our customers from Mexico use. ok hope this helps!
Hi I like to see the install
Hello and Please see at home install ~ ruclips.net/video/2mUFiRKbD0E/видео.html
Im loving it ❤❤
How to use in hair??
Hi Parul you can apply many different ways..Please watch our video tutorials here- hairweftingtape.com/pages/how-to-make-your-own-taped-hair-extension. ok hope this helps you today.
i made my extensions wrong with this so i’m gonna buy it to try again 😭. it didn’t turn out terrible i just rushed through the process and didn’t realize the wefting tape had 2 different sides so the weave is shedding . 😢
awww so sorry Kenzie and did you open the wefting tape and then rolled it out ? that is the side you should be using when making a weft ..but if you did and its sheds you might be using way too much hair and not enough LG or whatever glue you used.. also you have to let it dry completely 24 hrs or longer is way better and then you should always check the weft by squeezing it together to see if there are any gaps? that didn't glue for whatever reason:(. sometimes I have that problem using silicone hair ...meaning I forgot to wash it before I made the weft.
@@Hairweftingtape Thanks so much !! i really appreciate it . i probably used too much hair lol . just a mix of doing everything wrong and being too excited . i like extra long hair but my hair is medium length and my hair is also curly so i need to use more hair/bundles for it .
@@Hairweftingtape i honestly just used random sides on the wefting tape . being WAY too excited lol . do you think if i reused the hair i already used on the wefting tape it will shed still? . i bought more hair just in case but if i can save it i would like too. i just don’t want the weft to be too bulky from the tape
@@MizzTinkerBell10000 well I just cut off the top of my weft if I have to add just a tad more LONGER hair then I add the wefted hair or hair that I cut from the old weft and make a new one.. the longer hair makes up for cutting off the 1/2 :) or just make a new weft using the new hair but either way, you can always use a weft you think was shedding and cut that part off and add it to the new weft ..I hope that makes sense lol :) But I love layering so it looks natural ..meaning where my real hair ends, I have my wefted hair layering starts there and then go longer..looks like my hair in the end :). But good hair should never be wasted ever lol it's just way to hard to come by these days.!
@@Hairweftingtape thanks about to reorder now . i’m going to take my TIME this time lololol
This is wonderful
Thank you so much for the kind words :)
Where can I buy real hair please
I wish we could help you... but REAL hair is one of the hardest things to find :(
I have learnt a lot with your videos and are very happy with the products I bought. But I do not know exactly how to reuse a weft, because when I took it out the tape area remained sticky and I could not take it completely out. Could I apply a double sided tape on it? Thanks!
Hello Sib and yes you must trim down your weft after your take down and then re apply with new seamless pro double sided or our wefting either tape will work ok hope this helps www.hairweftingtape.com
I bought the glue that looks like Milk.this glue doesn’t dry. maybe that’s what ,we need to know about how dry Of you know please ,Help me ok?
Do you buy hair. I have quite a lot..
Hi, Theresa, we do not buy hair but if you're talking about used hair or bought hair you can always sell it on Etsy or eBay... but if you have hair that is real virgin hair then I would be interested. But it would have to be long hair ok hope this helps...you can always contact us at www.hairweftingtape.com
Amazing
Thank you, Dolores :) So sweet of you to say!
i wouldn't be using that much hair in a single tape in ... That will make it heavier on the bio hair...
We always say everyone is different in the amount of hair you use.
Hi
❤❤❤
Hi there. Do you have an email address or a way where I can get a hold of you I wanted to know if you could make a small little piece for me. I can email you the details. Thank you in advance.
Hi Shawn we do not make wefts as a business ..we only sell the tools and tape needed, so sorry, but you could do it yourself we have thousands of customers that do it all the time, and they have been for over 14 years now! its really not hard. You could buy the small starter kit ( hairweftingtape.com/collections/frontpage/products/hair-extension-kit-1) its pretty cheap to just test and try out yourself. ok hope this helps also ...you can contact us anytime on our website :)
@@Hairweftingtape hi… ok let me think about it. Thank you for your feedback.
