I do remember that Hitler talks about the strong having to prevail over the weak but one rarely wishes to quote Hitler about anything these days and you cannot easily obtain and read Mein Kampf in Germany to this day. At the head of thr Richard Basehart film about Hitler there is a voice reading a speech the provenance of which I have always wondered about, its one of the better things about a cheap characterisation of him which runs like an Allied cliche.

Not to mention that the USSR was having the opposite problem as most people. While the US, UK, France, Germany, etc. struggled with unemployment. The USSR was having worker shortages, they didn't have enough workers to run and build factories, farms, apartments, etc.
