Ive been a pediatric dental assistant for 5 years and only worked at pediatric offices. I have shadowed at general offices and i didnt like it. The kids require alot of energy, and you have to convince them to do anything! Its cool but im honestly getting burnt out. The kids be yelling and stuff all day and its draining. If i could go back, I would have done oral surgery.
