Part of the reason they cracked down on crypto at the SEC is that certain projects we’re doing “initial coin offerings” - where you sell a coin as a way of fundraising for a business. The SEC came in and said “that sure looks a lot like a stock and not a commodity you’re selling (because these things have zero value beyond the success of the company that sells them) - and started banning people from doing that. Tldr, most crypto tokens have no value except as a means to try and pass stocks off as if they were commodities, so the only value they have is in helping people evade regulation on stocks.
My wife and I used to live frugally on $65k/year in upstate South Carolina. We had older vehicles that are paid off, our 3-bed, 2-bath house cost $145k, and we avoid major subscription services. The reason people are against cbdcs is not so much that they coudl usurp crypto (although I imagine that too to an extent) but that as it would effectively give central banks a perfect log of everything that not only you but everyone else using cbdcs is doing, increasing the possibility of an orwellian police state manifesting. Having that much information all in one place would also make it a prime target for hacking etc.
We Are in Unchartered Financial Waters! every day we encounter challenges that have become the new standard. I cannot let my $680,000 savings vanish after putting in so much effort to accumulate them.

Trump isn't truly pro-crypto. He said: “I’m very much a traditionalist. I like staying with the dollar. I hate when countries go off the dollar. I would not allow countries to go off the dollar because losing that standard would be like losing a revolutionary war. That would be a hit to our country, just like losing a war, and we can't let that happen.” Trump's only interest in crypto is because he likes to hustle and grift. None of his current crypto projects are open-source or decentralised, the two most important criteria that determine whether it is a legitimate project, or may very well be a scam. FTX, BitConnect, OneCoin and MtGox were all closed-source and centralised, giving crypto a bad name.

Thank you for the awareness here on youtube, it shows how much you want all traders to progress as I have been thinking of selling my btc.
I'm very much aware of the great benefits of working with a pro but I haven't found one for myself.
Trading systems allow you to limit the factor of emotional influence on decision-making, as well as to give the trade a certain degree of systemic character.
He only likes it now because he sees away to make himself money from it.
Love the Cave Johnson quote! You get a free companion cube (it loves you)!
My wife and I used to live frugally on $65k/year in upstate South Carolina. We had older vehicles that are paid off, our 3-bed, 2-bath house cost $145k, and we avoid major subscription services. Until Abby Joseph Cohen, our financial advisor, started managing our investment portfolio, made us see the need for professional advice and got us into crypto. Now it seems as we grow older, we grow wealthier. Complex strategies for managing crypto and other investments during meltdowns aren't something the average person understands, but Abby's expertise has been a game-changer for us.
Abby Joseph Cohen Services has really set the standard for others to follow, we love her here in Canada 🇨🇦 as she has been really helpful and changed lots of life's
The very first time we tried, we invested $7000 and after a week, we received $9500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
How can i reach this Abby Joseph Cohen, if you don't mind me asking? I've known her by her reputation at Goldman Sachs
@VernesaGunz Well her name is 'ABBY JOSEPH COHEN SERVICES'. Just research the name. You'd find necessary details to set up an appointment.
I went from no money to lnvest with to busting my A** off on Uber eats for four months to raise about £20k to start trading with Abby Joseph Cohen. I am at £128k right now and LOVING that you have to bring this up here
The crypto industry is donating massive amounts of money to both candidates, that's why both candidates are leaning into crypto and both won't regulate it.
The disagreement with current SEC regime is not just about securities and commodities. It's that they refuse to clarify for specific cases. Not just when asked by companies, they can't even clarify when asked in the congress.
He also says he will lower inflation, reduce taxes, lower interest rates and deregulate business all at the same time😅he is defintely a man who understands Economics😅
He wants to finance the budget with tarrifs, which is basically another tax in consumers in all but name, idk, if that is a good idea though
@@AmirSatt tariffs are even worse, they simply attract retaliatory tariffs
crazy crazy crazy
bizarre half second of portal 2 reference
Canadian here. Our current CPC leader is VERY pro crypto, to the point he wants it to be legal tender here in Canada alongside our dollar.
The fact he's crushing the polls against the government scares me economically, among other things
1 000 000 BITCOIN ?!
ARE THEY CRZAY?? nahh they going into debt with this one
Trump: "crypto is bad and it should be regulated"
Democrats: regulate crypto
Trump: "crypto is good and it shouldn't be regulated"
TLDR News Golbal Failed to show Hawaii as a part the US.
Rest of the world doesn't care.
It's not a scam as long as your not the one holding the bag. Gotta keep the poor poor one way or another. 😂😂😂
All this smells Elon Musk ideas revenge on SCC pumping crypto
Crazy
portal 2 reference😁
Its because jd vance is in the techno bros pocket
6:12 Yes, that's called a pump and dump scheme...
Yeah USA, your goose is cooked if he gets in...
He likes crypto? Is Trump going to change his name to Chump? 🤦
America just keeps giving 😂
A bunch of cryptobros probably sent him a fat check.
It was me
You guys managed to interview Mitch McConnell?! Did you manage to press him on why he's endorsing a candidate that he has clearly been fundamentally against at several points for obvious reasons?
this central banking thing really scares me... even in europe
i only believe in bitcoin, maybe monero but... meh
Did Trump flip flop again on something?!?!?! Lol nothing new there.
This is hilarious. Either the US banking system is twenty years behind the rest of the world or they know something we don't
Madness
He's always been a scam artist, he disliked crypto only bc it wasn't HIS scam, but the moment he could get in on the scam, he switched his tune real quickly.
Not surprised since he literally sold NFT or rather "collecting cards"
We Are in Unchartered Financial Waters! every day we encounter challenges that have become the new standard. Although we previously perceived it as a crisis, we now acknowledge it as the new normal and must adapt accordingly. Given the current economic difficulties that the country is experiencing in 2024, how can we enhance our earnings during this period of adjustment? I cannot let my $680,000 savings vanish after putting in so much effort to accumulate them.
Retaining some gold is typically a prudent move. Given the state of the market and everything that is at stake in the current economy, you would be better off staying away from stocks for a while or, even better, getting guidance from a professional.
Thats sad you really hurting. But, what about people that don't have a $1000 dollars or living pay check to pay check. And Kamala taking their tax dollars to feed illegals, Medicare and social security. And to mention $25,000 to build a home. Maybe you should give them several grand of that $680, 000 to build them a home. Vote Trump and fix the problem.
You have a very valid point, I started investing on my own and for a long time, the market was really ripping me off. I decided to hire a CFA, even though I was skeptical at first, and I beat the market by more than 9%. I thought it was a fluke until it happened two years in a row, and so I’ve been sticking to investing via an analyst
I’m an art collector, this is not very new to me but has a nuance to it. Can you assist me?
There are many advisors to choose from. But I work with *Layan Talia Chokr* and we've been working together for years and she's fantastic. You could check her if she meets your requirements. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with
Trump isn't truly pro-crypto. He said: “I’m very much a traditionalist. I like staying with the dollar. I hate when countries go off the dollar. I would not allow countries to go off the dollar because losing that standard would be like losing a revolutionary war. That would be a hit to our country, just like losing a war, and we can't let that happen.”
Trump's only interest in crypto is because he likes to hustle and grift. None of his current crypto projects are open-source or decentralised, the two most important criteria that determine whether it is a legitimate project, or may very well be a scam. FTX, BitConnect, OneCoin and MtGox were all closed-source and centralised, giving crypto a bad name.
7:21 because they imagine all the sorts of scams they can pull off with a decentralized currency
I do not like crypto, I do not like cbdc.
Man i give this a 50% chance of being a rug-pull
These crypto policies lol. It may sound off topic but I chanced on this cool translator that does everything and more of what a translator should have, name is Immersive Translate and one thing that can really help is it’s new feature, which lets you create a custom AI expert for translating anything. Thank me later, it's gold.
Do one on Kamala’s tax plan, would be interesting to get ur perspective on the unrealized gains tax…
He is Rich n honest
Trump is as inconsistent as the weather!
Wow, Trumps spends all of 2 seconds thinking of these policies of his.
0:15 Rare trump W

"Famous 1946 supreme court ruling."
Yeah, we'll see how much longer that stands up to scrutiny.
The bit about CBDCs is kinda wrong. The USA isn’t pursuing a retail CBDC so it wouldn’t be used by any people- so all those arguments are kind of useless. They’re trying to make a wholesale CBDC which will improve bank to bank, and bank to central bank transactions
When Trump made a speech with a bunch of crypto bros, when he said he'll fite Gary Gensler, the crypto bros went so wild that it surprised Trump mid speech. So what did Trump say? He repeated what he said that he'll fire Gary Gensler, and the whole crowd completely lost their minds.
Oh, look! Elon Musk selling smoke to a potential presidential candidate!
He flipflopped like he does on anything that potential makes him more money. At the expense of anything. It's baffling how anyone believes him. Imagine Kamala selling bibles for god's sake. no pun intended
Maybe the fact that the Crypto industry is outspending nearly every other int4erest group in political Campaign Donations has something to do with Trumps newly found crypto enthusiasm.
the long con with Elon
Off-topic question. Here's the problem, I have 500 USDT in my BitGet wallet, I don't know how to transfer them to binance, I only have the seed phrase: scrub know faith win siren become slot notice chuckle shift few extra. What address should I enter?
Trump is day late and a dollar short as usual
So Crypto is like FIAT money?
Watched the whole thing....still no idea why it's "wild" to be pro crypto.
A crypto currency itself cannot be declared as a security based on the Howey test. It ONLY depends on how they are sold. Just like lemons, Bitcoin, Ether or XRP are not securitys itself. Its all about how they are beeing sold.
And people ACTUALLY think about voting for that guy
Figures that he reverses course on one of the few things he got right.
Bitcoin bros so worried their assets are tanking that they want the goverment to step in to give them value, the irony
I wonder, if he becomes president, does he has any intentions of actually implementing any of his so-called "policies"?
Crypto superpac's?
Pay off the national debt by shorting trump stock
