I just want to say that I love staying at Beckley Point-Plymouth (The Student Housing Company). I have a classic studio for those who are wondering! This is one of the private halls student accommodation options at the University of Plymouth. It’s in a perfect location if you are attending the University of Plymouth and nearby many shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Vazzy, I love your video. Would you recommend a studio for first years or do you think a shared kitchen is good to encourage socialisation? My daughter is quite shy and I'm worried she'll lock herself away in a studio and not mix.
Depends how shy she is. I'm going to uni next year and want a studio since I have pretty bad anxiety and am also shy, but I'm making it a goal to meet people through other ways like clubs and my classes. I think I'll be a lot more comfortable in a studio as I like my alone time anyway, just depends on what your daughter really feels comfortable with though :)

according to the website it says between 17 sqm & 21 sqm
