From 1979 to 2000 I lived in Tucson. My wife is from Tucson. El Charro, with the ambiance, and the excellent food, is a place that will change your mood, what with just the decor. Around 2003, the wife and I were walking around Old Towne San Diego, and were browsing the shops and restaurants, and what did we come across? A hardback book of El Charro Restaurant. I regret not buying a copy. Beautiful book, beautiful restaurant with interesting history and a great place to change your mood if you are on a downer. Thanks for posting this video Diane.
