No, it cannot combine like that. First You must know exactly what is the frequency, frequency of what. What is 18000 bph actually mean if you can explain how an oscillator interacts with escapement you will understand. Two cars run at 300 mph and you said that both cars run at 600 mph, Is it true?

@@tlotrtbome I know what you are trying to say and they already have a 10 Hz movement which is Calibre 574DR, but this is not what I'm asking, I wanna know if they have a higher frequency since there are two Tourbillons like in the Zenith Defy El Primero Double Tourbillon. isochronism: www.hodinkee.com/watch101/isochronism

Reflecting all the heritage Breguet has ... It is incredible what Abraham-Louis Breguet achieved ... Born in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, in 1747, Abraham-Louis Breguet left home in 1762 to perfect his training as a watchmaker in Versailles and Paris. At the age of just 15, his predisposition for the profession would soon allow him to meet some of the greatest watchmakers of the time. In 1775, the young watchmaker settled at Ile de la Cité in Paris. The district was then a center of craftsmanship, bustling with dial-makers, goldsmiths, and manufacturers of hands and cases plying their trades. He found an impressive house in the vicinity, facing out from Quai de l’Horloge on one side and Place Dauphine on the other. It was to become his lifelong home. It was between these walls that the young prodigy would bring to life some of the most important inventions of watchmaking: gong springs for repeating watches in 1783; the pare-chute shock protector in 1790; the Breguet balance spring in 1795; and - above all - the tourbillon, patented in 1801. It was here in the “House on the Quai” that Abraham-Louis Breguet introduced guilloché work to watchmaking for the first time in 1786 - a technique that would prove integral to the signature Breguet style, which is also characterized by the famous open-tipped Breguet hands.
And everything is communicated in such a modest way by Breguet. They don't claim anything ... they just say they are Breguet and do what they know to do best ... Very impressive!
Funny thing is Rolex think they are relevant, this video proves they are nothing but an over inflated assembler of watch parts. A watch brand, never a watch company.
I hear you and I know what you want to say and what you reflect on... But let’s face it ... what Breguet is able to do in a micro cosmos - and only very few are at that level - Rolex does as a mass manufacturer of movements and watches - and only very few are at that level. I have utmost respect of what both, Breguet and Rolex, have achieved...
I would like a seiko or rolex fan to explain to me why these brands are not able to manufacture something of this engineering? After all, aren't they the best?
This watch would look infinitely better if it was executed in a classical fashion: Yellow gold with frosted bridges and polished anglage, heat-blackened hands, brass parts....etc. Still, a work of art.
