The most expensive yacht in the world might have cost the most money to build and equip but it hasn't stopped it from becoming the least appealing to look at on the open seas. I understand that elegance and quality design are very subjective things, but without good taste and elegant design they do not deserve to be included amongst the real beautiful, sleek yachts which are a joy to behold and bring admiration to every person lucky enough to see them. Money never equates with elegance and quality design. That takes skill, imagination and the ability to see what nobody else has managed to see and bring it to life!!

My two favorites is the Dilbar for comfort and the azzam for the protection it has. ❤
The submarine does not have bulletproof windows and a mussel defence system, the first yacht mentioned that is owned by Abromovich does. Maybe the sub windows are bullet proof but that is only because it is designed to withstand the water pressure, not because it was designed to be bulletproof.

These yachts gave 100s of people, jobs for constructing them. It also keeps giving jobs to the crews, refuel/restocking companies, insurance companies, etc. Someone cannot end poverty just by giving their money (even if it is billions) to the poor(est), this *has to be* a government policy, however spending money even in something so luxurious gives jobs to a _lot_ of people.

12:59 - 13:06 is FALSE! The video states the cost of this yacht is 4.8 billion. Well, 100,000 Kilograms is equal to 3,527,396 ounces of gold. Then multiply this by $2350 per ounce of gold. The total comes to $8,289,381,070. Ok, 3,527,396 ounces of platinum x $950 comes to $3,351,026,200. Ok, lets say 50% is gold and 50% is platinum...this shared total comes to $5,820,203,635. So, some of these precious metals and the rest of the yacht was built for FREE???
