Got my ebike yesterday but and love it. I only keep getting some resistance from the break clams on the front wheel. I have now set it up perfectly a couple of times but after using the breaks it then again keeps slightly touching the disc. Any tips?
Hi. Overall this looks like a great ebike. I have a question regarding the display functionality: can the display show the basic navigation guidance? Something like arrow showing next turn, and the distance to the turn?
Hello there, thanks for the question! The CGO600 Pro is an e-bike going all for minimalism, so navigation is not one of its features. But if you are fond of built-in navigation, feel free to have a look at our CGO800S via bit.ly/3y70hbs
You show that you turn the stem but not how to tighten it, how many Nm for the stem bolts? (I will tighten them sufficient but still?) You are skipping that completely in both video and Manual 😁
@@pjaxego thanks. I figured that out but it gets really expensive if you get those tools for all the different ranges of torgue. I got a small one now for like 60 Euros that is only from 1-5nm. If you want a bigger range from a proper brand it is more like 150 or 200 bucks and if you even want it for the high torque numbers (30+) you need even more tools. So this is not that very easy/practical to achieve but I also trust my sense of how tight screws need to be from DIY experience and so far the bike has no issues.

Clamping the front wheel with the quick turn is so unbelievably hard. You have to use so much force to turn it up it’s impossible to do without the front wheel wobbling. Very bad design in that aspect. For the rest the bike is awesome

Thank you Werner!
Looks awesome, love the lightweight. My only concern is the rear light not built-in, it makes easy for thieves!
Loose the screws on the vertical handle part
When you mention something like "tighten with 10 Nm of torque..." - how can I possibly know, how much torque I am applying?
With a torque wrench :D
I wondered exactly the same thing. How many Nm is finger tightness?
10 Nm is an equivalent of 1kg hang on 1 meter arm. It is hard to apply it "by feeling", you need to have a torque tools.
How heavy is the box? I live on a 4 floor walkup and was thinking about getting this bike.
it was easy to carry up to 3d floor

I have the same question. Not sure how to troubleshoot front wheel installation

How do I get the folk off at front ?
Looks nice and easy to assemble
Just "nice"? 🤣

The quick release lever direction is inconsistent with the pdf… does it matter?
If only the installation steps here were in the same order as the printed manual. I guess the order doesn't matter all that much..?

Is the bottom bracket threaded into the frame (or press fit)?
Hello there, did you mean the bottom cover? It's threaded into the frame! Let us know if you have any other Q's!
@@tenwaysebike no, referring to the bottom bracket bearings that the crankset fits through. Is it threaded into the frame or pressed into the frame?

How do I know nm of torque?
Hi, there are some mechanicals tools to tighten up allen keys at right "nm".

@@1nZaneR // There is a wrench with interchangeable bits.
In this way you can attach different bits size.
@@pjaxego hey. I think you misunderstood. I'm talking about torque wrenches and nm, not bits sizes

I Ordered mine on March 21th (Germany)
But sadly have to wait till early April
Because then it will ship to Germany
Funny, I ordered mine on Monday evening, and it was delivered (to Germany) yesterday.

Adjust the nut on the other side to loosen the clamp a bit. It should not be hard.
