I have a 2021 Panigale v4 and the start up sound is louder than the 2020 model at 106db but more quiet at revs around 6500 due to euro 5 emissions.
All Ducati’s sound sweet though 😁

The Panigale V4S didn't have winglets until 2020. The 2018 picture of the Panigale V4S you showed is a 2020 or possibly a 2021 ; )

They are except for the V4. Homologation restrictions brought it down to under 1kCCs now. Not to mention the v4 at 1100ccs is already wider than the 1299 panigale at 1285ccs. That & they get the performance they need out of the V4 platform at smaller CCs so no need to go to 1200 even if they could. Basically, big bore ducatis aren't a thing anymore : /

It makes no sense to show power/weight ratio using the dry weight. No one rides the bikes dry. When they are dry they can output 0 power.
