I'd say only the ones that straight up included the song name in the lyrics were too easy. The rest required at least some knowledge about the band. Even if you could deduce the less known songs by eliminating the ones that are more popular a lot of the time, you still had to know a part of Metallica's discography. Blackened and Shoot me Again would be guessable by someone who's never heard of the band.

Agreed. All of Metallica's albums after the black album are a bit underrated IMO. Load and Reload were far more influential than they get credit for.

suicide and redemption is a masterpiece
DM is the only metal-trash metal album that you can CLEARLY hear the bass lines

Yes such a great album
The opening track, All Nightmare Long and My Apocalypse bring you straight back to their 80s thrash, albeit a bit more straightforward but still with that same attitude
While tracks like Cyanide and The Judas Kiss remind me a lot of the And Justice For All title track and The Thing That Should Not Be from MoP respectively
And the songs The End Of The Line and Broken, Beat & Scarred sitting in that middle line with a lot of groove while still having a mid tempo
The Day That Never comes and The Unforgiven III are amazing ballads in the old stylea of Fade To Black and One, bothe having amazing lyrics and The Unforgiven III having one of my favorite solo's by Kirk at the end
And finally to top it off we have a classic almost-10-minute instrumental by the name of Suicide & Redemption (i will admit, it doesnt stack up to Orion or Call Of Ktulu, but its still a good one and has some really cool parts)

If you were going for fragments that include the song name in the lyircs, you should've at least put the "Nothing matters, no one else" line from Fade to Black in there and made Nothing Else Matters one of the other options to trick some people lol

20/20 pretty simple, especially when Blackened literally says its name before you guess. Needs some more Load and ReLoad. More St. Anger too

@@Jerahzz for the Shoot Me Again bit, they literally chose a snippet that said “shoot me again”. How was that answer not your intuitive guess? If you gave this quiz to a person who doesn’t know who Metallica is, they’d probably get this one right.
There's a few good songs from that albums actually. But again music it's about personal taste. 🍻

20/20, only one I probably would have missed was Shoot me Again if the lyrics didn't include the song title.
17/20. I'm not very familiar with Kill 'em all, Load, Reload, Hardwired and partially Death Magnetic, although you could've put some harder songs.
Not only did I get all 20/20 but I sang the lines after just for shits and giggles

Missed the ones from St. Anger (cause its awful); otherwise 10/10, and I wouldn't consider myself a superfan.
Suggestion: do one without the album covers as hints, and stick to deep cuts. You’ll stump a lot of people if you use Beyond Magnetic. A lot of people missed that badass EP.
