What you described between short irons and driver is exactly what I do, and I wind up with the outside-in swing path all the time with driver. I will definitely try this on the range. Thanks for the video!

@@PerformanceGolfZone I tried this drill out on the range and used the alignment stick, and it worked great....no more coming over the top. I am making solid contact now, but now I am pushing the ball out to the right.

I love the step by step progression of this drill. No chance to mess it up!

Great session Eric. Love that baseball move. The graduated move down makes all the sense in the world and for me helps re-enforce the left arm across the shoulders not above. Be good-Russ

G'day Eric, I have seen people doing this and, even done this myself. I did not know why it helped, also I did not keep on doing it. It was just something I might do sometimes. Thanks Ben Benson in Australia

When I only worry about swing my arms, I can hit the ball pretty well. But when I m trying to rotate my hips more, load up the right side, I can’t hit my ball more than 10 yards 😂

Same problem : I was 7hcp and now around 30 I suppose. Problem is when you swing with your arms it’s easy to maintain angles and head height. When I start with hips you have to master angles(early extension…) then hit properly the ball. Take pictures…
