Alex Cleary clearly runs… At least that’s what his Instagram handle and a plethora of content suggests he does. From 7 marathons in 7 days to running a marathon in Antarctica this coming December, Alex is a testament to pushing your body to its absolute limits. Alex’s sister unfortunately took her own life, a life that brought about many poor behaviours that eventuated in Alex almost following her shortly after. Since then, he has been able to turn his life around for the better and is the real-life embodiment of learning from your mistakes.We chat about his sister’s suicide and the consequential effects that it had on him and his family, and also how Notion and Gratitude has helped him achieve a 180 in his life.
