Buffalo Chicken Bacon Ranch dip with Homemade Chips

The Only Chips & Dip Recipe You Need (No One Can Resist it)
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded left over chicken
1/4 cup Old Bay Hot Sauce (or hot sauce of choice)
1/4 cup Ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup green onions (chopped and divided)
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup Mozzarella and Provolone cheese (shredded)
1-2 slice cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
1/2 cup Sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
Bake in preheated oven 400 degree Fahrenheit, 204 Celsius

Oh, I missed the start of your video, just getting in from church, but it sure looks delicious! I haven't heard anyone say, "The good Lord willing, and the creek don't rise" since my daddy said it. That was years ago, and I sure miss him! Those were sweet words to hear today! I hope you're doing well, Ms. Pam!

Hi Pam, next time make your chips and dip them in some cinnamon with sugar take off the excess. You will have some Buñuelo chips! Goes great with coffee, hot chocolate or milk. 😋 Yummy!

The dip is Keto friendly! I’d like to try this in a larger chunkier casserole version for dinner. I’d serve it over cauliflower rice. Lookin good.

Love it Pam. The cheese on top always melts and sticks to my foil. Could I spray the top inside of the foil with baking spray to keep it from sticking? Or attempt tent the foil on top and pinch tight around the sides?
