You look familiar, did you ever teach archery at a childrens summer camp in the 1980s ?

That holster looks great. I went ahead and order one. Thanks for the discount code.

Is the clip a kydex clip? I've had big issues with kydex formed clips. The on and off daily tends to cause a weak point and ultimately breaks.

That's why I prefer belt loops...sometimes clips will cause the whole holster to come out with the gun when drawing.

+Tevin Manuel I Have used several US Grunt Gear Holsters for several years. Nothing has broken. These guys are shooters and compete in shooting events themselves so the understand the importance of quality! No properly designed holster has ever come out when I'm doing a presentation from holster. I dry practice every day 50 to 75 presentations and typically do we'll over 200 presentations when teaching or practicing, which I do every weekend. Been doing this for a few years. No issues.

+Guns, Gear & On Target Training, LLC okay, so it is kydex; i just checked their sight. No thanks. No offense to you or Grunt Gear, I just know for a fact that kydex clips do not work for me (not an issue of slipping, its that they break)

This gun seems to be cutting into your belly. And it is pushed to cut in even harder with a wing. T.REX Arms holsters and some others are using the wing concept as well, but they offer guards to prevent cutting in. Also, I keep my guns and magazines away from strong magnets for obvious reasons. Do I even need to explain?

Visited their website prior to this video and the wing was a drawback because I didn't understand what itbdid. Now I think its awesome. 😊

I really wish M&P would make that G19 sized 9mm pistol. They are almost there but I still believe that Glock is the better pistol.

+SS I'll take a 9C M&P with Apex trigger and XGrip mag over the Glock every time!

why not keep the footprint of an appendix holster to a bare minimum, no extra materials. and by putting a 5° cant on it the grip almost doesn't print at all and it doesn't change the draw. too many gimmicks. Love your videos.

+Tom Conley Thanks for your input. This is a great holster. I personally don't like any sort of cant. Its just not comfortable for me. But your suggestion is right on point and makes sense.
In spite of it's size this gun and holster are totally comfortable. Thanks again for watching and commenting.

It's not that easy to conceal a full sized gun under a white shirt. That holster did a surprisingly good job.

    What belt are you wearing?

Integrating the wing as an extension of the trigger guard is a bad idea. It's causing flex and pressure on the kydex where it's spread open and under tension already. It will fail at that point eventually. The trex arms solution is a little better: a thicker kydex peice makes up the wing itself and that is bolted to the holster body at a point that also has thick rubber washers to absorb the pressure. And that kydex clip has got to go. What is this 2007? We know better now. Use an injection molded clip, or better yet, pull the dot loops.

How can we take a testimonial on a holster seriously when you only concider 2 brands of holster? Thats like buying a Chevy or a nissan off the testimonial of a guy whos never owned a modern ford, chrysler, toyota, and such.

Thanks for your feedback . I've tried dozens on brands and manufacturers. I get sent holster for reviews all the time. After using many, many, many different holsters I've found the quality, durability and design of US Grunt Gear superior to most others out there. It's a personal preference based on my experience. Thanks again for watching. All the best...

Does this holster have a full sweat guard or a partial sweat guard?
