Great video. For myself there is only one option and that is the SAO. Even with the Sig short reach trigger, the DA length of pull on the P226 & P226 is way to long for me. The P226 SAO Legion is flat out amazing.
As a owner of both the DA/SA & SAO in both Legion 229 & 226 I prefer the DA/SA version, however the SAO I feel i shoot just a bit better with tighter groups.
Sir, thank you so much for watching and commenting. I found generally that single action pistols are much easier to shoot. I think the enhanced trigger shape of the SAO version helps tremendously. I put the 45 degree trigger on…the part was from Gray guns. Anyway, I enjoy both of these pistols, but personally prefer the SAO version. I appreciate you taking the time to comment. If you haven’t already, I hope you will subscribe to the channel and share it with friends and family.
Yes, you can purchase that trigger and swap it out. If it’s a single action only pistol the 45° trigger is superior in my opinion. I appreciate your commenting. Stay safe
Excuse me but you might want to clarify what you said about CZ. CZ handguns equipped with decocker IE SP01 P01 work pretty much the same as your Sig. You do not need to manually lower anything on a live round
PCR and 75 BD, also. I have to manually decock on my CZ 75 B SA .40. Looking to get a 9mm, but something more simple that I can hand to someone else if there's a need at home.
Sir, thank you so much for sharing that information. I’ve shot a lot of CZ 72 pistols, but not the SP01 PO1 . I do like CZ pistols, especially the fact that they have the low bore axis. Thank you for watching.
Great as always! But... CZ do have a decocker depends model "D" do have it (maybe you were thinking on the new Shadow model). I do like both Sig and CZ's. I hope you reach the 100k soon. Stay safe.
Thank you for the correction. I’ve only shot the shadow and the CZs without the decocking mechanism. I do prefer the lower access of the CZs. Thank you, my friend, I always appreciate your support and the fact you watch the videos.
I hear you. It’s a matter of really practicing with the double action to Segal action transition. I highly recommend giving it a try. I tend to shoot striker fired, or single action only pistols and the double action has been a struggle for me, but it’s gotten better with practice. I appreciate you watching and commenting!
Recently acquired a SAO. What a fantastic firearm!

DA/SA P226 rules!
Sir, thank you for commenting and watching. I think these are two outstanding pistols, and you can’t go wrong with either one.
@@GunsGearOnTargetTrainingLLC Your skill with the DA/SA P226 is impressive. Great video. Great gun.
That's the best way to go can't decide which one to get, just get one of each very nice
My 229 is DA/SA and i dont think I'd trade for a new SAO. Im sure they're nice but the DA/SA is what I like about the 22X series

I have the Sig M11-A1 and it's pretty awesome too.
Sounds great!

Sig 226 DA/SA only.
What next, 2 foot pedal sport cars 😂
What make/model Watch are you wearing ?
I got a P220 Legion, optic ready10mm SAO, last March but it came with a curved trigger, I didn't even know there was a straight trigger available...

SA only is king, in my opinion.
I have owned both of those guns. I love old school SIGs but can’t shoot ‘em worth a damn.🙁

For me SAO
Yes, sir, we both have the same preference! Simply love the SAO version.
Sign Legion 226 only if it has the Roman Capricorn emblem / Logo because it's all about Romans.
😎
That would be pretty cool! Thanks for commenting. Stay safe.
