Today in the video I show you how to make a salad with persimmon. This is my signature persimmon salad. The salad turned out delicious, not sugary, since I interrupted the taste of persimmon with thyme and lemon. Try it, I think you will be delighted. Be sure to let the salad sit to mix the flavors.
Ingredients
- Persimmon - 3 pieces
- Fresh mozzarella - 125 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 12 pieces
- Red onion - 1/4 part
- Spinach
- Roasted pine nuts
- Half a lemon
- Thyme - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt pinch
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Balsamic glaze
