About our guest: Janell Callisaya
I am a highly trained ex-Marriott employee who rose from a Front Desk Agent to Front Office Director. I pivoted completely away from hospitality in 2021 and entered sales (real estate leasing- single family homes) to discover that I had significantly more marketable skills than I originally thought!
My experience is highly focused on creating something from nothing. I worked at many hotels and created workflows for all of them, and then joined a startup where I created their leasing sales funnels without the use of sophisticated sales tools to help place over 600 residents since 2021. I love sales and customer service. When the customer is able to get what they want, and the business prospers because of it.... Everyone wins!
