    I am getting one now. My current desk is non adjustable and the height is too tall making me spread my arms or slightly raising my shoulders when gaming. My desk sucks!

    I noticed you have the CPU mount in your Omnidesk pro 2020 video but not in the ascent 2022 video. Is it included in the Ascent 2022?

    • @ShawnKoh
      @ShawnKoh  Год назад +1

      You can find these CPU mount online, they are not specific to the table brand :)

    Looking to get one of these. Can I plug the desk onto a powerboard instead of directly to the wall?

    • @ShawnKoh
      @ShawnKoh  2 года назад

      Yes, that’s what I usually do. I attach a multi-socket board beneath the desk to connect all my computer power to it. Then the only cable that leads to the wall will be the one from the multi-socket board :)

    How's the stability compared to the prev models?

    • @ShawnKoh
      @ShawnKoh  2 года назад +2

      TBH the stability was never an issue for me, but if comparing the two models, there isnt much difference :)

    is the new version much more scratch resistant than the previous 2020 one?

    • @ShawnKoh
      @ShawnKoh  Год назад

      I believe the table tops are the same material. I've spoken to the brand themselves and brought up the issue of scratches, they explained that they try to find a balance between matte and glossy tops and scratches are unavoidable.

      The casters are standard sized ones, I can't recall the thread size but yes there are more durable ones on the market.

    This desk isn’t as nice as the fully Jarvis and it more expensive and the warranty on the Fully desks are 15yrs bs 5yrs on the omnidsk. I would rather stick with my Fully Narvis with dark bamboo 72x30” 3 stages legs and programmable handset. But great video.
