Picked up the expensive gin first then switched to the cheap gin
I think he doesn t need to waste expensive spirit for a video imo..
He don't chose the cheap one but a dry gin. He don't need extra flavor to drink. The Botanist it's an aromatic gin. ;)

You know why? Because we have a pouring brand which we used for making cocktails.Not all expensive spirits can make for cocktails, its up to the customer if they want to used the expensive one. But we need to inform them the charging of price will be not same with the normal cocktails. All bars have a house pouring brand which we used for making cocktails. Because we doing costing for it.

Hello! I suddenly become interested being a bartender. I want to ask a question if you don't mind, to become a bartender, do I need any prerequisites skills or knowledge to be a bartender?? (Sorry if my English is horrible)
Clyde Alvarez im a parttime bartender myself and what i think the most important features of being a bartender is not getting tunnelvisioned (stressed), knowing the taste of alot of spirits and knowing how to combine them! And depending if the bar is connected to the guests or that you recieve the drinkorders through a machine you should have a lot of patience.
There is no prerequisite to be a bartender. U need good communication skills and some Knowledge of drinks and not being stressed
in NYC you have to have a bartender certificate, there are schools that you have to go to become a bartender, usually they're 2 weeks worth of class.
