How to make Strawberry fizz cocktail by Mr.Tolmach

Fresh strawberry - 1 piece
Sugar syrup - 20-25 ml
Lemon juice - 30 ml
Gin - 45-50 ml
Egg white - 10 ml
Maddle strawbeey, put others ingredients in the shaker and make dry shake, then simple shake and strain in the chilled flute glass. Garnish with fresh strawberry and mint sprinkg in it. Also you can add some of sparkling water so you get REAL fizz cocktail, but withiout it tastes better for me)

Because so you can break it, destroy its viscous structure and make goam at the same moment. You can't do it with ice.

For strawberry fizz I think that is not enough strawberry ,maybe you have to put strawberry syrup as well 1,5 cl 😀🍷

If you use strawberry puree you dont need to use simple syrup right?
If you puree sweet enough, yes.
Not so sweet I think I will try with 10 ml simple syrup

roughly about 15 ml for every .5 oz. so 1 oz is about 30 ml.

Haha, I know it’s not great (I live at a family owned nightclub) but I work in a basic bar. Mainly spirits and mixers, no cocktails. I get £10/hour plus tips. For fun work on a Friday/Saturday night it’s more than enough!
I've tried doing this cocktail but as soon as I poured the sparkling water the drink started foaming like crazy. I left it to chill for a while but the foam was ruined. Anyone know what I did wrong ?
He didn't put any sparkling water (soda, perrier...). That's why ;)
Maybe water was too sparkling, or it was not chilled or you just added it to much.

How to make the egg white ?
Take a egg. Gently break it and separate white part (protein) from yellow part (yolk). Than put protein from 10 eggs in the blender and turn on it for 5 sec. That all. Egg white is ready😉
