I miss seeing this bar - such a beautiful place. But I love the direction your channel is going towards now. I love the bar tours and seeing cocktails being made by your co-workers/friends.

UnCommonKrait I recognised that little convo without knowing Russian. I’ve pissed of so many waiters while working in bars it’s not even funny. It’s usually because they forgot to do something and want you to hurry up so that a guest doesn’t complain about them.

If I may, I'd like to recommend making a video on a drink called Texas Tea. It might be an interesting drink you may like if you have not yet tried it. I have definitely caught myself making quite a few.

I love how the bar is set up and that you have many nice ingredients. I would love to know if you (bartenders) handle keeping the bar stocked with everything every day or if you have a barback or some other staff preparing fruit wheels and everything else?
Here at our country Mid-Europe the bartenders have an “assistant” called barbacks. They set up the working environment of the bartender, restock the ice/alcoholics and clean up the table.
With a bar as big as that one, I'd say they have a barback or two. Of course, the bartenders set up how they want the bar.
