Happy Halloween 🎃 love seeing all your beautiful decorations! Enjoyed seeing your sons work space and hobby beautiful craftsmanship. Have a wonderful evening and happy stitching 😊🪡🧵🤗🤩🎃
Your son is an incredible young man. Many thanks to him for sharing his crafts with us. It is so enjoyable to see a young person with diverse talents and then there’s his mom. You share so much with us, your thought process from beginning concepts to the amazing end of the exciting project. Thank you so much for deciding to come to RUclips and sharing all of your crafts. I’m in awe of the accomplishments of you and your family have made.
Oh my goodness!! Your banner is wonderful!!! So glad I found your channel! What an amazing young man you and your husband are raising. It’s so nice to see a young adult interested in creating art.
Hi from UK 👋 I just had to say how much I loved watching this video. Your son is so talented, I'm sure you are very proud. What beautiful leather projects and bows. Looks like he can turn his hand to any craft and his room is so organised. Well done him. 🙂
Creativity runs in the family. Great job on your Halloween costumes. Thanks for sharing your decorations. I didn't have time this year so it's fun to see all your spooky stuff. 🎃
Talent certainly runs in your family. Your son is incredibly talented and you must be very proud. I love everything you share so share it all lol. Your banner was spectacular awesome idea. Hope you share your December daily’s as well.
Thank you! Maybe I will do a walk through of my completed albums, in a flosstube extra! I am so happy to hear you have been enjoying the things I share.
I so enjoyed this video! I love how you finished your Halloween Rules. I never think outside the box. Your son is so talented, I enjoyed getting to see his work space.
Your home is ready for Halloween! The Peanuts display is so cute. The Lizzie Kate banners are very creative finishes! I was able to take two years of leather crafting in high school. It's awesome to see younger generations not only learn, but enjoy the craft. I know you're so proud of your son's works, he's made some awesome things at such a young age.
Thank you!! He’s self taught too, picking up things from RUclips and books and things. He would have absolutely loved the opportunity to take leather working as a class in high school. Our schools don’t offer it here.
I grew up in Alaska many many many years ago 😂, The state put a lot of oil money into the schools. The classes may very well have ended when the teacher we had retired. RUclips is so awesome for so many things! My oldest son just turned 19 and has gained a lot from RUclips pro channels. It's really cool watching these young people run with something that peaks their interests.
@@WendysWhimsicalStitches It really is! RUclips University is what we call it, haha-all of us have used it for guidance for one thing or another over the years; we love it!

Fun video! Your Lizzie Kate banner is darling, and I love your front porch decor. It must be so fun at your house on Halloween. Wish you were my neighbor!

@@shanica77 Thank you!! I love how my stitches look on Lugana for sure-I am hoping to get faster at stitching on it! That is so awesome to be so close to Cecelia’s! I could spend hours in there!
Maggie I just had to share with you a few pictures because your son mentioned Bob Ross in his segment (which he is so talented by the way!!) & you mentioned the pattern “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” pattern by Little House Needleworks. My son who is now 10 months old (turning the BIG ONE in December) is Bob Ross for Halloween and I am actually stitching the Ballgame pattern by LHNW right now for his 1st birthday coming up! So…I thought it was so cool for both of those things to be mentioned in your video and I had something to do with both of them! 😂 as always thank you for sharing your creativity and always answering my questions/comments! It brightens my day!! ❤
Great video. I think vintage country mocha is my favorite and I only stitch on 14 count aida. It's easy to see and it's just a good fit. I ordered everything from 123 stitch. I don't have a stitching store close either. I do have hobby lobby but there isn't a large selection on fabric
When you count on linen and even weave….just count : ‘1&2&3&4&5&6 etc. as you put your needle in each hole. It will get easier the more you do it. Your lines of stitches will be even on linen if you start with a bigger count linen like 28 and 32 at first. Keep at it….you will soon love it.
@@kathycary4798 Thank you so much for this advice! I will absolutely stick with it! I am in awe of projects people do on linen and evenweave-the fabric adds so much beauty to the piece!
Fantastic video! I don't know where to start... so I'll just say "what a talented family"! LOVE the Great Pumpkin cutouts as well as the rules banner! @@janniestanley Thank you so much! I will pass along your message to my son. I took sheets of plywood and pictures from the cartoon and sketched them all out onto plywood that we had painted white with outdoor house paint as a base coat to seal them from the weather. I drew them all out and then we cut them out with the jigsaw, sanded, painted and sealed them, very similar to the process of how I finished the banner pieces (just on a larger scale).
