    Maggie...very delightful posting...several of my friends stitch holiday themes on certain days of the week...Halloween on the 31st...Santa stitch on Saturday...etc...stitching should be a joy and peaceful time...some use WHIPGO...Jesse Marie Does Stuff...started this...Dena at Half stitch Cross stitch is very successful using this method...loved your finishes...I don't give opinions on fabric...different cameras and recording devices show differently on our computers...best wishes in the New Year ❤

    I think that stormy fabric looks perfect. And when it comes to making plans and goals, I am NOT a fan of all that. I just want to stitch what I feel like doing and that is what brings me joy. It’s a personal thing I guess. I like to stitch in season but also LOVE to stitch things that aren’t related so any particular season. Cross stitch makes me happy, calms my soul and relaxes me. So I hope you never feel pressure to have hard and fast plans or goals. Your videos are so fun Maggie!

      @@deeabrams9212 Thank you! They are stitched on 32ct Lugana in the color Graham Cracker and the stitch count for the reindeer with their names is approximately 160 for each. I don’t know the actual stitch count, but counted one of them by hand and that’s about what I came up with… they are small and stitch up pretty quickly.

    Ok the reindeer finish is GENIUS!!!! I really like the Halloween fabric. I think it is perfect for those two houses. I think you know that I stitched them and I used a fabric called Stormy Sky probably was a 28 count something. I meant to tell you that I love the story about your ear piercing!!!😂

    I like the stormy fabric but have you considered Murky by Picture the plus or tornado - the modeling may be too dark though. I used stormy for my 4th of July tiny town. Love the reindeer finish.

    I love your reindeer finish. I would love to stitch it. The stormy fabric is great. I started Lila’s Studio Summer Quaker on it. I have no goals. I have over a hundred WIPs and tons of charts. I stitch what I want but hardly ever have a finish. Right now my stitch time is limited between work and the kids.

    That Stormy fabric looks perfect for that Halloween piece. Especially the horizontal darker tones that look like storm clouds. I would definitely use it😊

    Your reindeer finish came out so cute! I think the Stormy Night fabric will go good, I was thinking of it just before you showed it. I would do four Tiny Towns, one for each season so you don't put too much pressure on yourself. You can then do some in between or next year if you have time. Merry Christmas!

    Love your reindeer finish! Looks great! Also love the stormy night fabric and think that those houses will look great stitched on it. I like your plans to stitch the Tiny Towns for this new year. Remember, you can do whatever you want…your projects, your plans! Stitching should be enjoyable not a race to finish! I love stitching but I find now that I put too much pressure on myself to hurry so I can start the next project or keep up with someone else. I have now decided to just do whatever I want when I want and not try to hurry! It takes all the fun out of something enjoyable! Hope that you and your family have a joyous holiday and look forward to seeing your next flosstube in the new year!😊

    I think that fabric would look great. You are very creative! I like your idea of doing a tiny town a month. One person's suggestion of doing 4 or 6 in a year might work better for me. I love your video's. I also go to Cecilia's in Branson as I live in SW MO about an hour and a half from there.

    I like the Stormy Night Lugana for House 9 & 15, but if you're unsure, you should definitely keep looking so you'll be happy and not doubt your choice. I think goals are fun and good for us, just give yourself grace, if you don't reach a particular goal. Think how proud you'll be if you reach it!     I love Allie Ewards albums you have made. You are so creative. I always love your stitching. And I agree about the time going by fast. Sept- December is my favorite time of year and it seems to go by so fast. I wish summer went by this fast. Lol lol. But I'm thankful for each day.

    That’s tricky with the right fabric call. I would blow up the picture of your pattern as close to the actual size it will be and do a rough cut out. Lay it on there/tape it and walk by it a few times a day lol. I know it won’t be exact because it’s just a picture but it might be easier to visualize. Good luck and Merry Christmas! 🎄

    You are so very talented! I think your fabric would work but if you don’t love it, wait! I’m not good with putting pressure on myself. A Tiny town per month sounds super big! If you don’t beat yourself up it’s great! Have. Very merry Christmas and I look forward to seeing your next video!

    I love your FFO’s! Your creativity strikes again!! I think that fabric will work for your unicorn patterns, but you want to make sure you will love it. A suggestion if you find you are getting overwhelmed or burned out on your monthly Tiny Town stitching, maybe looking at picking four or six and spread it over 2 years. If you get all 12 stitched in 2025 fantastic, but if you don’t and you reach the smaller goal, bravo! Happy holidays to you and yours!

    That's the fabric I was thinking of for your Halloween pattern before you mentioned it. I think that would look good. The stormy part will show at the top, and the stitching will cover a good part towards the lower half. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
