Both your videos so far have been very clear and informative, even as someone who has been playing with SketchUp for a long time there are easily a dozen things you covered here that I did not know. I hope you are able to keep making them.
I'm really glad you find it useful! I have a full-time job but I am determined on making more videos at least once a week or every two weeks. Seeing your comment only pushes me to work harder, thank you!
Just stumbled onto this video. Actually learned a few things. I can see you put a lot of work on these tutorials, and it is very much appreciated! Keep up the good work, you just earned yourself another subscriber (mostly because of the HIMYM cutaway).

Hi, I need your help! I have one material, that I am using for some pillows... the thing is, I tried to do as you said, but I dont know why it doesn't show up... I am also using it for a wall paper and in the wallpaper it shows great... but the pillows, or it stays huge, or if I make it look good in model it just doesn't show up... but only in the pillows... any tips? By the way, I love your tutorials.. keep the great work and thank you so much!
First of all, I'm from Brazil so, I'm sorry about my english. Why when I import a project from Revit and start applying materials on SketchUp the colors appears without texture? I already tryed the Style box, please help me :)
Yeah it shaded with texture. For example. A wood texture appears brown, but I can't see the texture indeed. Maybe I'm doing something wrong on the process.
Dude, you're just the BEST. When I import from Revit, the textures that are normally in Sketchup have changed the target folder, so I was having this problem. Thank you for your attention. Obrigada :)
In SketchUp I tried to import an image and fix for a TV screen....I attached to the tv perfectly..... But when I started rendering in Vray, the position and the scale is changed in rendered image!!...Y is that??

Why when I import a project from Revit and start applying materials on SketchUp the colors appears without texture?

Hm that's odd 🤔 and you have the style set to shaded with textures?
Yeah it shaded with texture.
For example. A wood texture appears brown, but I can't see the texture indeed. Maybe I'm doing something wrong on the process.
Hm, in the material box, can you see if there's a texture file for that wood material?
Dude, you're just the BEST. When I import from Revit, the textures that are normally in Sketchup have changed the target folder, so I was having this problem. Thank you for your attention.
Obrigada :)
Nice!!! Glad I could help 😄😄😄 let me know if you have any other questions, I will answer if I'm not busy at the moment 😊😊😊
In SketchUp I tried to import an image and fix for a TV screen....I attached to the tv perfectly..... But when I started rendering in Vray, the position and the scale is changed in rendered image!!...Y is that??
You may have the face reversed. Try reversing the face and apply material again.
