How to Revoke or Delete an OpenAI API Key

You should delete an OpenAI API key if you no longer need it or you want to revoke access to any applications that use it. Keeping an unused API key can be a security risk as they can be compromised and used to access your OpenAI account. Before you delete a key you need to update the applications using the key to use a new key otherwise they will stop working.
