I went in store today and found the cutest Halloween wallflower plug!! It is a little bat kind of like the style of the pedestal/soap holder!! I haven’t seen it online or anywhere and they were just putting it out when I walked in. It’s SO CUTE.

The finger on my witch hand broke in transit, but I just glued it back on. Sure wasn’t going to fool with a return. It was packaged very well by BABW, so they are quite fragile

I've seen alot people having the drips broken off. I got the bat soap holder early and they are fragile too. The manager got me one straight from the box with styrofoam and it had a chipped wing. Handed me another, it had a chipped ear! Then the 3rd finally was good. But they came straight from the box like that. So everything seems to be super fragile this year 😬

The people who deliver shipment to our store don't really seem to care. They just kinda plop the boxes down wherever we tell them. We've had candles, inside of crates inside boxes, be delivered broken at my store before. Another time we lost something like 6 boxes of candles because they got busted up in shipping.
Sometimes it's not that the items are fragile, but that they get absolutely trashed when shipping to the store. We employees can do everything right, but if the delivery person isn't being careful stuff gets destroyed
Lol I love when you just throw the packaging reminds me of when I open my BBW I always have a mess to pick up afterwards! BBW has out done themselves this year I am loving all of their products I have gotten so much already but I want more! Lol

Omg yes! Pumpkin Bonfire for the Haunted Nights or some other Halloween candle would be awesome. Years ago they featured Marshmallow Fireside in a Halloween candle and it was perfect. I don’t know why they’ve never used it again for that.
I also ordered the glass skull, but it was canceled from my order - AFTER being confirmed. I don’t see how they can do that. But luckily I anticipated them either canceling it or it coming broken, so I bought another in store this week as a backup. Thank goodness! Because I think they are all sold out now. But like you, I like ordering online to get a box for storage. I also got all the other decor I wanted in store this week - dripping wax holder, monster pedestal, globe pedestal, spider and ghost 3-wick holders, the wallflowers (haunted conservatory, sugar skull, bat), AND the creepy hand, thanks to a sweet SA. I just want the headless maid and 3-wick house luminary that I expect to come out. Those may both be very hard to get at retail. I saw the butler holder in store but passed on it for the maid. I’m going broke over this collection. But I’m much more into Halloween than any other season.
The gold drips on that pedestal remind me of Winnie the Pooh's honey pot 😄

I received mines today and whichever dumb dumb that packaged mines put no bubble wrap my tilted pedestal was in pieces as well as one of my candles the vampire blood I was so disappointed I don’t understand why they would just throw that in the box like that and the gold drop is really delicate

The madame pedestal is online and in stock Bonnie! GO GO GO!! 😬 It doesn't say low stock when I put it in my cart this time. It let's me add it and says available in my cart edit: well darn, once I typed in my payment info and clicked submit order it says out of stock. But still allows me to go put it in my cart again. Ugh!! So frustrating!

Bonnie I just got a $300 order in. Missing 4 candles, my soaps were busted and leaking everywhere, spider candle holder was broken, they didn’t put any bubble wrap or pack it with care at all. Ugh 😑 of course they replaced what they could but don’t have the candle holder in stock anymore.
Maybe call a store and see if they have it in stock? They should replace it as well

Bwhahhaa This was me today leaving the store today! My store suprised me and put the WITCH HAND on hold for me alongside the glass pedestal and one of the $37.50 Halloween Haunted Conservatory! We only have one store where I live so the associates were amazing and they knew exactly what I wanted when I told them, I have Vampire blood in The roomspray 2 of them on hold for tomorrow and the Crystal 🔮 Wallflower plug! Very impressed with my store so far, No Vampire blood in the Diamond shimmer mist yet or any Waterglobes! All the candles are there alongside some pockbacks with the little holders!

I got the drippy candle holder and the monster one as well and they came totally broken, not wrapped at all just loose in a huge box 😭 I got a refund and my husband glued them back together but still super disappointed in the quality of those.

Oh goodness. I’ve seen so many pedestals arrive to people broken. It’s so sad! Everything should have been packaged like the skull.
