Its not wet.I just apply it dry with a make up sponge brush ;)

Good luck with it.No bothering at all my friend.I got it at an art store.Just ask for a silver pencil thatnl is it.It is excellent for chipping etc...It is best used on a matte surface.It is super easy and rwalistic.
