I wonder if this game was a formative moment in Gurpal’s mind when he went to the end.

this is the first episode that box 21 has the 250,000 pounds on the table (the other boxes had the 250,000 pounds on the table a lot than box 21) (also, I'm not including the swap part and I'm talking about box 21 chosen at the beginning, but did not contain the 250,000 pounds a lot until this video), if I were in the wings or the pilgrims, I'd possibly be the only one to say no deal...... by the way, if it were me, I would have said no deal and no swap......

if i was him and dealt at 53k, then realizing i had the 250k i would instantly point the finger and blame everyone.

It’s not an awful offer though, the Banker’s job is to offer the least amount of money possible. He did offer low but clearly enough for him to take it!

Worse pilgrims and wing players ever. No-one suggested he goes on. Awful advice.

That's one of the fundamental problems with UK Deal, the group think that the wings generally have of "I don't want you to leave with a blue, (so Deal any half-reasonable offer)". They were especially bad in late 2012 and 2013.

They gave excellent advice, I would have dealt too. You only say No Deal on the final offer when you have £250,000 if you have another decent red box to fall back on

      @@christianfrost8660 Nope, it’s smart strategy.
You have to ask yourself what you’d be more disappointed with, dealing on £53k and finding £250k in the box or saying ‘no deal’ and finding £1 in the box?
If I had of been left with at least 10k as the other box option then I would have gone for it, but no way am I risking it with £1 still being there

@@BelfastBoy The first half I agree with but I come to the opposite conclusion. I'd be gutted to say no deal and find £10 but I'd never forgive myself if I left the confetti on the table.
As far as I am concerned if the £250,000 is there, it could be along side the 1p and I'd still day no deal to any offer no matter how large.
