Funniest part about the Men On Films skits is that you can tell that both Damon Wayans and David Alan Grier are trying so hard not to laugh and keep a straight face. Lmao
You would very rarely hear the crowd on SNL go apeshit laughter like they do here. It almost seems like they're a fake crowd, they go so wild! Because we're so used to hearing crowds cheering when they're told to cheer, and laughing half-heartedly at what we know is lame.

They had 3 members of the ILC cast on SNL shortly after In Living Color was cancelled after its fifth season on Fox. (BTW, I felt ILC declined in quality after Season 3 which was around the time Keenen Ivory Wayans lost creative control of his show to Fox Network executives. That's why Seasons 4 and especially 5 are bad by comparison to Seasons 2 and 3.) Rewatching ILC in reruns, Damon Wayans was probably the most consistently "On"/funny member of the cast. Jim Carrey hasn't aged well for me. David Alan Grier?
