I’ve been using it for a year and best foil ever!
Bought my first every foil shaver and man its great! I keep my hair bald, but was struggling and burnt out with years of using a straight razor. Glad I paid the extra. Excellent product.
Way easier using shaver
I'll order mine today, I had always used Gillette Fusion 5 to shave my head an face but buy a set of knifes is getting way too expensive. My neighbor recommended this shaver and I cannot wait to use it. I am pretty much impressed from the reviews thanks for sharing this video man!

I just got these but in the instructions it doesn't say how the charging indicator light works. I put it to charge before using it and it blinks while charging.

Hello, Since you have already used this razor and have observations on it, can you tell us how the battery behaves? Now that some time has passed, does the battery drain faster, or does it still last 3 hours like new?

@@BigAlsShoppableReviews It's late already. I bought Babyliss yesterday. So I asked how the battery behaved. Overall, my first impression is that it is very powerful, but very irritating to my skin in the neck area.
Send it back for refund....buy Braun series 9 it's much more gentle
@@galinn76 On the box it says it will take 2 to 3 weeks for your skin to get used to the shaver and this is true. At the beginning, my face was also irritated by the babyliss. Give it time and you will love it. I've had it for a year now. The battery does not drain. It holds power until the battery runs out.
@@Dominicreviews Yes, it happened. My skin is no longer irritated, although I haven't done anything special, obviously just used to it. Regarding the shaver, it works great, shaves very cleanly. I am satisfied. Greetings!

has anyone dropped one yet (especially regarding how you think it could be slippery because of the metal body)? we dropped it once and it is not working correctly anymore? anyone took one apart?
Don't drop it . Blade is super thin .....if you drop it ....it will cost $45 for new blade dropped mine many times
@@BigAlsShoppableReviews what's worst is the drive gear is all plastic, and I dropped it once and the plastic housing cracked and following up with Babyliss, they won't sell that part because the shaver is meant to be thrown out when the batteries fails. So although my shaver is one week old, it will now be used for parts unless I can find another unit with a different problem like bad batteries
Buy brand you ll never have that problem

Pro foil 02 is listed on Uk Babyliss as a new product with some colours sold out but everywhere I look online its a three year old shaver.
Was nice if you were using it on beard, to actually see how it cuts and takes the hair, if you move it up and down on skin where is no hair ....

Hi, using a tradition razor is fine but I feel like spending money on electric kinds can either save money in the long run and I don't have to use much hand movements with them too. I shave every day because I want to be as clean as possible, like bald look on my face if you say lol. Would you recommend the closest shave foil/rotary electric ones ever out there? And if so, will it be as close as a traditional non electrical razor?

It means shave daily ....dont let your hair grow out then try shave it this machine . If you shave daily with this machine it will take you 5 min ....Good luck

Ok real talk, i got one. Had it for about a year. Its aight, its just aight tho. Im be real, all these foil shavers suck in general. I tried them all out. And shaving with razor blades is better by a mile. So i used the babyliss for a year. But it and all these foils never get as close as a razor blades. So unless you a dude who have problems with zazors and you have to go foil, then go foil. But if u have no problems with zazors then razor blades destroy all these foils and its 100 times faster with razor blades. The cons is like i said, they dont cut as close as a razor. Con#2 they take 10 times longer to cut whole head bald then a razor. Con#3, like theres so many issues, but one nobody even has talked about in any review is “pressure”. It cuts different depending on how much pressure you put on it on someones head. Like if you just gently cut with it it will cut. But wont get as close if you put some pressure on it. And your got like a quarter inch of pressure that the blades can push closer to head with. Cuz those blades have the springy things inside that let u push it that much. But yeah, like its to delicate. And if u dont know all the details. Like #1 u have to use clippers or trimmers to cut head down to lowest amount first. Then use the foil second. Then you have to remember about putting pressure. But first go light with no pressure over the head at first then go with pressure. So see, babyliss and non of these dudes even talk about all these details. Then i havent even talked about cleaning it. You have to clean it out half way thru a head cut. Sometimes u have to clean it out 2 times thru a head shave. You have to get the brush it came with and use the proper side for the blades inside. And then dont get me started on a full cleaning after your down with it for the day. But all that being said, like i said, if u a dude who razor blades messes your head up with bumps or some problems like that. And u have to go foil. Then go foil. But lets be realer then real. All these foils in the world do a horrible bad job compared to a razorr blade cut. I use the detachable and replaceable blades that go on a gillete shaver handle and thats it. No foil can compare to razor blade cuts. Its no comparison. You literally can use a babyliss to shave your whole head right. Then you would need to go to your Gillette razor blades and cut all thats left over. And u will see your Gillette cut a lot that was left over. So WTF. Why even waste money even a penny on something that the Gillette razor blades have to fix? Its stupid AF. Bottomline hommies, buy u the pack of 3 or 5 replaceable blades on a Gillette shaver for $15 or $20. And use that and never buy any foil shaver what so ever. Cuz your $15 to $20 blades a month will make bald head shaves look 100 times better then a $120 or $300 braun series 9 foil shaver any day. The only people who should get foil shavers is if your head gets f**ked up by razor blades. If not razors baby. ✌️
You make some good points, but how long do those razor blades last? If you shave bald every other day, maybe two weeks per blade? A pack of 4 lasts 2 months at 15 to 20 bucks? So that is 90 to 120 a year. I have gotten proficient with the babyliss that I don't have to fix it with my Mach 3. The babyliss sucks on my face. I don't use it for that. There is a learning curve for any foil shaver. There is even a learning curve for razor blade shaving. Never had a cut with my Babyliss. Time wise, you are right too. It takes me about 10-20 minutes with my Babyliss. I can knock it out with my Razor blade in 5-10 max. I do need to clean it off at least once like you said. I can do all this while I sit on my couch watching TV. I am not proficient enough nor would I to razor blade shave like that. Personally, I get burnt out using just one method to shave my head since I do it at the most every 3 days. That is 120 times a year! I like variety. I would suggest to someone wanting to go bald or debating a Babyliss FX2, Braun Series 9, Arc 5 or 6 is to go to a barber who uses one of those and see how they like it. I would rather spend 60-80 in bald cuts to know what I like than not and drop more than that and not be happy.

Thanks for the review bro. So I went to a different barber the other day and he used that foul shaver on my head. So when I came home and was feeling out how it left me and it had left longer hair. So I used the andis foil shaver. So I went over it so with my andis shaver. So much smoother if rather spend 80 bucks on my andis than get that shaver. Lol IMO
I wonder if he didn't maintain the shaver well. I used mine last night on 2 days growth and it took it down to the skin. Just as sharp as razor blade. I know its been two years but the Babyliss is solid.

Let me give you advise on wahl shaver , don’t use gold foil ! Use steel on and you will see difference, steels last at least 6 months in busy barbershop but gold foils only last most one month
